Spring Lacrosse

Spring lacrosse season has started and last night I had a chance to get out and shoot a couple of games. Great fun to shoot though challenging once darkness falls because it’s so fast. Technical note, by the end of the night I was shooting ISO 6400 at f2.8 and getting 1/200 sec exposures… These are a couple of local high school games here – JV and Varsity from two local schools. The Pacific Northwest isn’t historically known as a hotbed for lacrosse but in the last couple of years the local programs have gotten pretty good and some of these kids will go on to play at the collegiate level.
